These terms describe what we do, what we charge for, and what remains the decision of the government authority.

Our role
Muteena Typing Center is an independent typing centre. We prepare, type and submit applications through authorised UAE government channels. We are not a government entity and we do not decide the outcome of any application.
Fees
- Government fees are set by the authority and are passed through to you unchanged
- Our service charge is quoted separately before we begin
- Fees already paid to an authority are non-refundable once submitted
- Urgent or express handling may carry an additional charge, confirmed in advance
Timelines
Processing times quoted on this website are typical ranges observed in practice. Actual timelines depend on the authority, system availability, public holidays and the completeness of your documents.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, valid and complete documents
- Disclose existing fines, bans or open immigration files
- Respond promptly to requests for additional documents
- Review the typed application before it is submitted
Liability
We are responsible for the accuracy of the typing and submission we perform. We are not liable for rejections, delays, fines or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied to us, authority decisions, or changes in law or fees.
