Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by Muteena Typing Center to explain how we handle the documents and personal data you share with us.

What we collect
To prepare a government application we collect the information the relevant authority requires: your name, contact details, passport and Emirates ID data, visa status, employment or company details, and supporting documents such as certificates and tenancy contracts.
We also collect the contact details you submit through our enquiry form or WhatsApp so that we can respond to you.
How we use it
- Preparing, typing and submitting applications to the relevant UAE authority
- Contacting you about the status, fees or missing documents of your application
- Meeting record-keeping obligations that apply to typing centres
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the government authority or authorised channel handling your application — for example ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, Amer, Tasheel, Dubai Economy, MOFA or Dubai Courts — and only to the extent that application requires.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Physical copies not required for your file are shredded. Digital copies are kept only as long as needed to complete and evidence your application, or as required by applicable UAE record-keeping rules, after which they are deleted.
You may ask us to delete copies we are not required to keep by writing to muteenastudio@gmail.com.
Your rights

Website analytics and cookies
This website may use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not use your submitted documents for any tracking purpose.
